Milovin Winery is a dynamic natural wine project from western Slovakia, founded by Roman Milovanov, who is dedicated to artisanal and natural winemaking. The winery is located not far from Bratislava, in the region around Svätý Jur and Limbach, a traditional wine-growing area at the foothills of the Little Carpathians.

Milovin cultivates approximately 4 hectares of vineyards—some of which are old, forgotten plots that have been revived. The vineyards are cultivated sustainably and without synthetic pesticides or artificial fertilizers. The focus is on indigenous and traditional grape varieties such as Grüner Veltliner, Welschriesling, Blaufränkisch (Frankovka), and Cabernet Sauvignon, complemented by experimental cuvées and pét-nats.

The winery stands for honest, vibrant natural wines with their own unique quirks, authentically reflecting the terroir and the winemaker's intuition. It's a winery that uncompromisingly follows natural rhythms, creating wines that are as unconventional as they are profound.
