Flavors and style

A fragrant, lively white wine made from Welschriesling and Veltliner, spontaneously fermented. On the nose, it displays bright stone fruits, floral notes, and a hint of herbal spice. On the palate, it's juicy, light-footed, and fresh—with a fine texture, refreshing acidity, and a pleasant flow. A charming, unpretentious natural wine with a clear signature.

Terroir and cellar work

The grapes come from organically farmed vineyards around Svätý Jur in Slovakia, characterized by mineral soils and a cool climate at the foot of the Little Carpathians. Hand-picked, spontaneous fermentation, unfiltered, unfined, and with minimal use of sulfur – typical Milovín: artisanal, honest, and close to nature.

Fits

Versatile: with grilled vegetables, summer salads, goat cheese, quiche, or pasta with fresh herbs. It's also a wonderfully uncomplicated treat on its own.
