Flavors and style

A vibrant rosé, delicately clouded and naturally sparkling—typical Pét‑Nat. On the nose, notes of red berries, cherries, and currants, along with floral nuances and a delicate spice. The style is fresh, uncomplicated, and juicy—with light fruit, elegant perlage, and pronounced freshness, perfect for carefree moments of enjoyment.

Terroir and cellar work

The grapes come from organically farmed vineyards around Svätý Jur in Slovakia, at the foot of the Little Carpathians. The region is characterized by mineral gravel and clay soils. The Cabernet is fermented using the Ancestrale method. All Milovín wines mature in used wooden barrels, are bottled unfiltered, and with minimal sulfur.

Ideal as a fruity and refreshing aperitif or as an accompaniment to grilled vegetables, pasta with tomato sauce, light snacks or summer salads.
