Veverka - Sweet Pinot Dreams

Flavors and style:

The Sweet Pinot Dreams opens with lively mousse and a delicate pink hue in the glass. On the nose, notes of red berries such as strawberries and raspberries, light floral undertones, and a hint of yeast play along. On the palate, it is playful and juicy, with a subtly sweet finish and a refreshing lightness – an uncomplicated Pét‑Nat with good balance and a fun factor.

Terroir and cellar work:

Produced in Moravia (Czech Republic) from Pinot Noir grapes, spontaneously fermented as a Pétillant Naturel. Intentionally unfined and unfiltered, ensuring the character of the grape and the terroir remains unadulterated in the glass.

Fits:

An ideal accompaniment as an aperitif, at summer parties, or with light cuisine. It pairs wonderfully with fruity desserts, light pastries, or savory snacks. Even on its own, it's a charming treat for informal occasions.
