Flavors and style

A light amber-colored orange wine with notes of apple, quince, apricot, lime, sage, and a hint of caramel. Fresh, salty, mineral, and creamy with an elegant tannin structure—vibrant and balanced at 12% alcohol.

Terroir and cellar work

TRBLMKR 2021 consists predominantly of Neuburger, with a small amount of Malvasia. The grapes come from the "Slovenské" vineyard in Moravský Žižkov (loess soils, South Moravia). After a short maceration period (3–12 hours), the wine undergoes spontaneous fermentation and is aged for several years in a used 3,000-liter Stockinger barrel. Unfiltered, unfined, with minimal sulfur (~5 ppm).

Ideal with salty snacks, grilled vegetables, seafood, young cheese – or on its own as a complex aperitif.
