Flavors and style

A playful Blaufränkisch blend that combines wild berries, spice, and light minerality. Down-to-earth yet elegant, with moderate acidity and, at around 12.5% alcohol, drinkable, energetic, and uncomplicated.  

Terroir and cellar work

A blend of nine different barrels (2016–2022) from various plots in Moravský Žižkov and Velké Bílovice, on loess, sandy, and clay soils. Open mash fermentation, spontaneous fermentation in old 225-liter and 400-liter barrels, without filtration or fining, and without the addition of sulfur.

As an uncomplicated everyday companion, ideal for brunch, tapas with roasted vegetables, roasted poultry, vegetarian cuisine or simply on its own – a wine that is happy to be shared.
