Flavors and style

Fresh, mineral, and elegant with a subtle salinity. Aromas of lime, gooseberry, and vanilla. Slightly creamy with a hint of oak and a subtle sparkling finish.  

Terroir and cellar work

A blend of Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, and Pinot Blanc from old vines in Velké Pavlovice, South Moravia. The grapes are hand-harvested, foot-mashed, and macerated for 12 hours. Fermentation takes place spontaneously and the wine is aged in large used oak barrels. Unfiltered, unfined, and without added sulfur.

Ideal with fresh seafood, grilled vegetables or as an aperitif with light dishes.
