Flavors and style

Fresh and salty with citrus notes, yellow apple, plum, and mild caramel sweetness. Elegant, slightly orange-colored, and with only about 11–12% alcohol, it's uncomplicated, lively, and has a pleasant grip.

Terroir and cellar work

This "Orange Wine" consists of 85% Grüner Veltliner, complemented by Welschriesling and Neuburger. It combines vintages from 2021–2023 in a solera blend on loess soils in the Velké Bílovice subregion in Moravia. After three days of maceration, spontaneous fermentation and aging in large Gamba barrels take place. The wine is unfiltered, unfined, and contains minimal sulfur (<5 mg/l).  

Fits

Ideal as a refreshing aperitif, and also perfect with summer finger food, seafood, Mediterranean vegetable dishes or mild cheese.
