Flavors and style

A full-bodied, creamy white wine with a salty, mineral freshness. Aromas of kiwi, lime zest, green apple, and caramel. Slightly oxidative, elegant, and very drinkable at 11.5% alcohol.

Terroir and cellar work

A blend of Grüner Veltliner, Chardonnay, and Riesling from loess soils in the Moravian wine-growing region. A traditional solera blend since 2019 in large used Stockinger oak barrels. Foot-pressed, spontaneously fermented, unfiltered, unfined, with minimal or no sulfur use.

Fits

Ideal as a lively aperitif, but also with lightly seasoned fish, seafood, summery fresh salads or green tapas – suitable wherever freshness is required.
