Delicate lemon-yellow sparkle with fine, persistent perlage. On the nose, floral notes of white blossoms, lemon, lime, green pears, and a hint of brioche. Fresh, mineral, and dry on the palate—clear fruit, fine herbal nuances, and an elegant, long finish.
Terroir and cellar work
Mas Gomà is located in Penedès, Catalonia, on calcareous soils and is farmed organically to biodynamically. The blend consists of approximately 45% Xarel‑lo, 45% Macabeo, and 10% Parellada. Traditional bottle fermentation with at least 24 months of lees aging imparts delicate brioche notes, freshness, and mineral depth. Natural wine, unfined, vegan, no sulfur added.
Fits
Perfect with seafood (oysters, mussels, shellfish), Mediterranean tapas, steamed vegetables, or semi-hard cheeses. It also makes a fine aperitif.
