Flavors and style

A lively Pinot Saint-Laurent with delicate berry aromas of cherry and red wild berry butter, accompanied by subtle herbs. Despite its length in the magnum, at approximately 11.5% alcohol, it displays elegance, a velvety texture, and delicate freshness – invigorating and approachable.

Terroir and cellar work

The wine comes from biodynamically farmed plots around Znojmo, South Moravia. The Pinot Noir, Pinot Blanc, and St. Laurent grapes are hand-picked and fermented using the semi-carbonic method for 10 days in wooden vessels. Aging takes place in sturdy French oak barrels and Moravian amphorae without fining, filtration, or additional sulfurization. A clear reflection of the terroir of the Znojmo region is evident in the glass.
