Behind Veverkovi Winery is a young winemaking couple from South Moravia dedicated to honest, artisanal natural wine. In the rolling hills surrounding Mutěnice, they cultivate their vines according to organic principles, with great respect for nature and the unique characteristics of each vintage.

In the cellar, the motto is: as little intervention as possible, as much character as necessary. Spontaneous fermentation with wild yeasts, long maceration times, aging in used barrels or amphorae, unfiltered, unfined, and often without added sulfur. This results in wines that are lively, juicy, and full of energy – from easy-drinking cuvées to exciting experiments.

Veverkovi stands for natural wines with soul – wild, honest, and always close to the vineyard. Anyone interested in the new generation of Czech natural wines should definitely try them.
