The Pink Lady presents itself with a generous fizz and a rich, dark pink hue. Fresh aromas of red berries such as strawberries and raspberries dominate the nose, along with gentle floral notes. The palate is lively, slightly sweet, and elegantly mousse-like; the noticeable acidity structure lends balance and freshness throughout. It immediately evokes sour cherries. A playful and uncomplicated Pét‑Nat that's a joy to drink.

Terroir and cellar work:

The grapes come from the biodynamically farmed Tomáš & Klara Režný winery in the Česko region of South Moravia. It is made in the classic Pétillant naturel style from the André variety – spontaneously fermented, untreated, and unfiltered. The wine is matured entirely naturally, from vineyard to bottle – minimal intervention for maximum expression.
