Flavors and style:

GreenLink Cuvée entices with fresh aromas of green apple, delicate herbs, and subtle citrus notes. On the palate, it is minerally and vibrant, with finely integrated acidity and a fine grip. The two-day maceration period imparts a delicate texture, which is harmoniously rounded off by the 10-month aging in acacia wood.

Terroir and cellar work:

The grapes – Grüner Veltliner and Riesling – come from biodynamically farmed vineyards in the Velkopavlovická region of Moravia (Czech Republic). Hand-picked, spontaneous fermentation in open vessels or wooden barrels, and a gentle maceration period of two days. The wine then matures for ten months in acacia wood without filtration or fining, with minimal use of sulfur before bottling. This preserves the natural character of the terroir.

A versatile everyday companion: it pairs perfectly with grilled white meat, fresh salads, seafood, or even mild cheeses. Served on its own, it also impresses with its mineral elegance and vibrant freshness.
