Flavors and style

Delicate golden yellow color. On the nose, notes of pear, melon (cantaloupe), and light spring rain – precise, fresh, and mineral. On the palate, full, creamy, and clearly characterized by Pinot Blanc; subtle honey nuances underline the structure without tipping over into sweetness.

Terroir and cellar work

This wine comes from the Nectar Lucis micro-winery in Rájec/Rájec-Podorlicko (Czech Republic). Harvested entirely organically, vinified without external yeasts, with spontaneous fermentation and aging for approximately 14 months in used oak barrels. Bottled unfiltered, unfined with minimal SO₂—an expression of pure fruitiness and authenticity.

Fits

Pairs wonderfully with fresh goat cheese, grilled vegetables, roasted asparagus, or on its own as a clean, elegant starter. It's also appealing with light Asian appetizers—every sip lingers long afterward.
