Flavors and style

A fine-bodied, natural sparkling wine with delicate perlage and notes of elderflower, lemon zest, green pear, and a hint of nutmeg. On the palate, it's dry, lively, and precise, with refreshing acidity, light spice, and a salty, mineral finish.

Terroir and cellar work

The grapes come from organically farmed vineyards in the Svätý Jur (Little Carpathians) region of Slovakia, on barren, sandy-loamy granite soils. A blend of approximately 70% Müller-Thurgau, 20% Moravian Muscat, and 10% Riesling. The base wines were fermented spontaneously, followed by the addition of fresh Riesling must for bottle fermentation. Secondary fermentation took place in the bottle without dosage, filtration, or fining. Disgorged in the summer of 2025 with minimal sulfur addition. An artisanal Brut Nature with a purist signature.

Fits

Ideal as an aperitif, but also versatile in combination: it pairs perfectly with oysters, goat cheese, summer rolls, light pasta, sushi, or grilled vegetables. It's also a real treat on its own, especially at 7–8°C.
