Zurab Topuridze is a winemaker by conviction. He works quietly but clearly knows what he's doing. With his Iberieli winery, he consistently follows his own path – far from fashion, close to nature.

He works with ancient Georgian grape varieties and the traditional qvevri method, which has been passed down in his family for generations. Everything is done by hand, with calm and experience – in the vineyard and in the cellar. No additives, no interventions. Just grapes, time, and trust in the process.

His wines speak not only of the soil and climate, but also of an attitude: attentive, sincere, and unpretentious. Iberieli stands for wine that is not made, but rather accompanied – from the vine to the bottle.
