Georg Lingenfelder belongs to the new generation of young winemakers who combine tradition and naturalness with their own distinctive character. In Großkarlbach in the Palatinate region, he cultivates his vineyards organically, focusing on soil cultivation, living vines, and minimal intervention. His wines—whether white, rosé, or red—are spontaneously fermented, unfiltered, and only moderately sulfurized. In the cellar, he works intuitively and artisanally, often using used wood and taking his time. The goal is to create wines with character: pure, inspiring, and honest. Lingenfelder's signature is clear—reduced to the essentials, yet full of personality.
